Yes. You can start with a single provider and add more whenever you are ready. Many customers begin with one provider for one channel and expand as their messaging needs grow.

Platform fees (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) are billed monthly at the beginning of each billing cycle. Usage-based charges are calculated daily and included in your monthly invoice, so you always know exactly what you owe.

Messages that exceed your daily limit are queued automatically and sent at the start of the next day. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching so you can upgrade or adjust your sending patterns accordingly.

No long-term contracts are required for the Starter or Business plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Enterprise plans may include custom terms based on your specific requirements.
